Likely Requirements of Our Next Employee

We have no jobs going at the moment - however I've been getting enquiries from people looking for work, and we may need more staff around July, so these are the skills we think we'll need then, so if you're interested, you can get skilled up.

We hope we're going to need another developer to work on our Kete Digital Archive Project come July 2007.

You'll need to have

Ruby On Rails experience
Work from home experience
Perl Skills
Excellent writing skills
Excellent IRC manner
Self motivation

Highly desirable

Archiving, museums or library experience
Worked on an Open Source project before (paid or volunteer)
Flexible hours
Experience with Subversion or CVS
