New Koha Website

The Koha team have been busy over the last quater. Not only is a new release due out next week (2.2.4), but we've got a new website up and running as well at www.koha.org.

We've seen a big upsurge on the Koha support lists of people installing Koha and we're really looking forward to our next big release (3.0) due around Christmas time.

Next Release

Paul Poulain the 2.x Release Manager is currently testing a release candidate and all going well we should announce an update is available either Friday 7th October or Monday 10th October. The releases now are focused on fixing any issues people are having with Koha installs, rather than adding functionality. We're picking up the querries people send in and getting more preset values into Koha so that it's easier for a library novice to get underway.
