LIANZA Library Conference a Success

18 new Koha installs in 3 days was fairly full on, but we had an awesome response to our stand (and offer) at conference last week.

Russel Garlick and Rachel Hamilton-Williams spent last week in Auckland at the LIANZA Library Conference, setting up Koha installs for people, and training proud new Koha owners.

Our stand was a huge success, the orange fur was particularly popular.

It was a great opportunity for us to put some faces to the names of folks we've only seen on the Koha lists.

Koha is going through a stage of rapid development, with developers in France and Argentina being paid to work on it full time.

We hope that some more New Zealand Libraries will take the plunge and get involved in this exciting project.
